Kids Learning Company publishes educational workbooks and children’s books. This policy explains what personal information we collect through kidslearningcompany.com, why we collect it, and what you can do about it.
Children’s privacy
This website is intended for parents, teachers and other adults. It is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will delete it.
What we collect
- Order information. Your name, billing and delivery address, email address, phone number and order contents when you buy from us.
- Account information. If you create an account, your name, email address and password in encrypted form.
- Messages. Anything you send us through the contact form or by email.
- Reviews. The name and review text you choose to publish on a product page.
- Technical data. IP address, browser type, pages viewed and similar information collected automatically by the site and its cookies.
Payment details
We do not see or store your full card details. Payments are processed by our payment provider, and card data is handled directly by them under their own security standards.
Why we use it
- To process, pack and deliver your order and handle returns.
- To answer your questions and provide support.
- To send order confirmations and delivery updates.
- To send marketing emails, but only if you have asked to receive them.
- To keep the site secure and to understand how it is used so we can improve it.

Marketing emails
We only send marketing email to people who have asked for it. Every email includes an unsubscribe link, and unsubscribing takes effect immediately.
Security
The site runs over an encrypted connection and access to order data is restricted. No system is perfectly secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect your information.

Our books are also sold on Amazon. When you buy there, Amazon’s privacy policy applies rather than this one.
